  • A well-planned meal and exercise regimen can control sugars while on medications. As medicines tend to have side effects, it is best to reduce the intake of drugs and improve sugar balance effectively with food habits.
  • Cinnamon- the spice is said to have a significant role in balancing blood sugars and can be added to oatmeal or sprinkled on any food. Two teaspoonfuls a day can help control and balance sugars, which can be helpful to anyone looking to lower sugar intake.
